Did You Know?
The neighborhood takes its name from Westview Cemetery, founded on land bought in 1884. A street car line soon reached the cemetery gate. In 1910, William J. Davis hired Solon Zachery Ruff, the designer of Ansley Park, to lay out West End Park here. That park later took the name Westview.
