Start on Church Street, then follow Little Church Street, Gate Road, Middle Gate Road, and Round Swamp Road across the reservation. Art Village is printed by name, too.
Names are set along the main roads, which makes the routes people use every day easy to follow.
The Shinnecock Indian Nation has lived in and around the Town of Southampton, on the eastern end of Long Island, from time immemorial, and its name roughly translates as “people of the stony shore.” Shinnecock Neck, a peninsula of approximately 900 acres, juts into Shinnecock Bay. On October 1, 2010, the Nation became the 565th federally recognized tribe.

We designed the artwork at KNOWOL to read like a page from an old atlas. Buildings are drawn as small raised blocks with soft shadows, shaded relief shows the rise and fall of the land, and street names are set in clean, condensed lettering. A ruled border, a scale bar, and a title panel with the reservation’s coordinates finish the sheet.
This beautifully detailed map of the Shinnecock Reservation makes an attractive addition to your office, library, or den. When you’re done exploring, click here to get your copy of the Shinnecock Reservation, New York map.
