The ultimate goal in life is not to satisfy all your earthly desires, to acquire personal power, or accumulate untold riches so that you may lead a life of slothful ease, freedom and contentment. The ultimate goal in life is activity, planning, dreaming, aspiring, working, serving, and moving forward from one accomplishment to the next.

It is understandable and noble to set time aside to rest from business or other work, but such leisure time is not for idleness, but for reading, writing, traveling, public speaking any other useful activity that exercises your mind or body.

When you have fulfilled your purpose on Earth, with no hope or desire for anything greater, you begin to disintegrate and die. If you want to be happy, keep your daily life filled with useful and interesting work.
